Uttarakhand (PATH OF GOD)
OVERVIEW
Day 1 : We will start our ride from Gurgaon and ride to Naukuchia Tal or the ‘lake of nine corners’ is a small beautiful hill station in Nainital district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand.
Day 2 : We ride to Mukteshwar. Mukteshwar is a pleasing destination situated at an elevation of 2,285mts above sea level in Nainital district of Uttarakhand state.
Day 3 : Continue climbing the mountains to reach Abbot Mountain from Mukteshwar.
Day 4 : We reach Munsiyari the “Place of Snow” today after an exhilarating ride. Located on the banks of Gori Ganga river Munsiyari is at an elevation of 7200ft. It also falls on the ancient salt route to Tibet.
Day 5 : Today is a rest day and Munsiyari offers splendid vistas with breath taking views of Panchachulli, a group of five peaks ranging from 6321 mtr to 6904 mtr.
Day 6 : Another day of winding roads will take us to our next destination for the day Binsar. The sleepy forestry region of Binsar is one of the scenic places of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand.
Day 7 : Kausani, a hill town famously described as the “Switzerland of India” by Mahatma Gandhi is our destination for the day. As the ride is a shorter distance, will reach Kausani by lunch and the day is free to explore the hamlet.
Day 8 : The destination for the day Marchula.
Day 9 : We explore the areas around Marchula and visit the Corbett National park and also will try out our hands on fishing.
Day 10 : Ride Back to Gurgaon after breakfast.
